โ Refunds are subject to the policies of the bus operator (e.g., Greyhound, Megabus, FlixBus, etc.).
โ If your ticket allows cancellation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, minus any cancellation fees.
โ Some tickets are non-refundable or only eligible for travel credit.
โ Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure usually have better refund terms.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5โ10 business days to your original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays, missed buses, or operator-specific changes.
All refund requests must be made by phone. We do not accept email or online form cancellations at this time.
FlexiBus.online acts as a booking assistant and does not operate the buses directly.
